Unfortunately the power adapter is not included as we sell to countries around the world that have different types of wall plugs. You can buy a USB-A adapter on Amazon or at your local electronics store. Also, please check your phone charger as sometimes you are able to use the same adapter🙂.

We recommend changing the filter every 2-4 weeks depending on usage.

If your cat doesn't like it or avoids it, we recommend waiting a few days for your cat to get used to it. You can also use catnip on the spout to help your cat get acquainted with it.

Our fountains are electric and must be plugged in for use. We provide a 5ft long USB cable that once plugged in, provides a continuous stream of fresh water. We have found that wireless fountains are less reliable and run the risk of dying if you are gone throughout the day.

No, our fountains are EXTREMELY quiet to ensure we don't scare away our furry family members or annoy our owners 🙂.

Yes, our fountains are made of 304 stainless steel.

Although the tank is large enough to hold water that lasts for multiple days and has a 3 step filtration system, we highly recommend cleaning the tank daily with soap and water and refilling with new water to ensure that the fountain stays as clean as possible for our pets.

Our fountains continually run and recirculate water as long as they are plugged in. We have found that more often than not the fountains with sensors scare the cats.
